for single line oil and grease systems
Positive Displacement Units (PDU's) deliver precise amounts of oil or grease at the beginning of each pump cycle. Available in various outputs from 0.03 - 0.6cc PDU's will handle oil viscosities from 10-1800cST and semi fluid NLGI Grade '000' grease at operating pressures between 10 and 30 Bar. Designed for manifold or bearing mounting with conventional compression (olive and nut) fittings or push in fittings that considerably reduce installation time.
PDU's act like a spring loaded injector and are designed for use with pumps such as Interlube 'Lubeplus GX', 'AX, 'AC' and XGS' that operate intermittently allowing the units to re-charge. Operating performance is unaffected by back pressure or entrained air.
