Electric Single Line Autolube Pump

Interlube's 'Lubeplus GX' is an electrically operated single line pump designed for use with calibrated flow units or positive displacement units. This pump can be supplied with a microprocessor controller as a stand alone autolube pump or without controller for integration with the lubricated machine's control system. The microprocessor provides the option of timed or impulse count control, turning the pump on and off via a range of simple DIL switch settings in line with preset motor on and delay time settings or impulse count cycles.

This pump can be used with 15-480cST oil and semi fluid NLGI '000' grade greases delivering outputs up to 130cc/minute, at a nominal 3-5 Bar. A typical system includes Lubeplus GX pump with 3 or six litre reservoir, low pressure delivery lines and either calibrated flow units or more precise positive displacement units that deliver preset quantities of oil or grease to each bearing or lube point. Condition monitoring features include power on lamp, pressure gauge, automatic monitoring of pressure failure and oil or grease level in the reservoir.
