SMX Series Progressive Divider Valve
Grease metering valve for single line systems.
The SMX series single line progressive metering valve delivers precisely controlled amounts of grease or oil from centralised lubrication systems. Operating between 15 Bar (215psi) and 500Bar (7255psi) SMX valves will cycle at up to 500 strokes per minute pumping minimu opil viscosities of 15cST and greases up to NLGI grade 4. SMX valves are modular in construction made up of inlet, intermediate and base elements and can be extended by an unlimited number of intermediate base sections and metering elements depending on the number of points to be lubricated. SMX systems can be monitored with a micro switch, reed switch, proximity switch or pin indicator. Output is fixed by metering element size ranging from .08cc to .65cc but can be doubled with the use of a bridging element.
