ELI series Single Line Grease Injectors
for centralised lubrication systems
Single line grease injectors are adjustable spring return metering valves for dispensing grease from pressurised grease lines commonly referred to as single line grease (injector) systems on fixed and mobile plant. Single line injector systems are popular for their simplicity and economy. Typical systems comprise a high pressure grease pump in a grease drum or reservoir, high pressure main feed pipe and hoses, a system controller to control the pump on and delay cycle and a vent valve to relieve main line pressure so the injector can reset. Injectors can be monitored via cycle switch or visual indicator pin.
Adjustable output from 0.13 - 1.31cc, and injectors can be cross ported to double output per point. Optimum operating pressure ranges between 1800 and 3500psi with 600 psi vent pressure. Available in a range of configurations from replacement injector cartridge to 5 injector manifold assemblies. ELI series injectors are interchangeable with other popular brands.
