XGS Air Operated Multiline Chassis Lube System

Interlube's 'XGS' system is an electrically controlled air actuated multi-line chassis lube system for mobile plant. The XGS system's air actuated pump is ultra reliable across a range of operating temperatures and conditions, receiving it's operating cycle control from a remote mounted system controller (See TC100D2 mobile lube system controller). Like the Interlube AC and AX multiline systems, output is determined by the selection of appropriate volumes from colour coded PDU's ranging in output from 0.01-1.0cc. Fitted with a standard 2kg reservoir with rotating paddle to push grease to the pump inlet, the XGS system handles NLGI grade 2 greases with ease, delivering grease in very low volumes frequently to overcome high pressure drops associated with long tube runs on buses and large trailers. Input air pressure 4.6 -10.5 bar, consumed at 0.002 cubic metres per hour.
