Electric Oil Metering Pump
Interlube's 'Lubeplus E' is an electrically operated reservoir mounted oil metering pump for small to medium sized machines such as presses and automated production equipment requiring regular small doses of oil. The pump is driven by a continuous running electric motor which operates a discharge piston at regular timed intervals (cycle times). Discharge volume is adjustable between 0.25 and 2.5 ml per stroke. Condition monitoring features include an integral float switch that monitors fluid level and an externally monitored pressure switch can be installed to warn of pressure failure in the system.
A typical system includes a single low pressure oil distribution line, coupled to calibrated flow units connected to each bearing or lube point. Available in a range of operating voltages and cycle times including 2 minute(low output),5,10, 20 and 30 minute(high output) pumping cycles. Suitable for use with oil viscosities between 10 and 1800cSt.
