Tecalemit's M7 series electric grease pumps are suitable for dispensing low volumes of oil and grease where electric drive is the preferred power source. The flange mounted motor is an IP55 415v 50Hz 3 phase motor producing 0.37KW at 1400 RPM, coupled to a worm driven reciprocating piston pump that delivers 150cc per minute at 3000psi outlet pressure. Suitable for use with oil viscosities down to 100cSt and grease up to NLGI Grade 2. These pumps are commonly applied to centralised lubrication applications in mining quarrying and industrial applications where they can be connected to electric machine power and controlled via the machine PLC or a remote controller. 240v versions are available on request.
