Interlube's HDI system is an electrically operated single line grease pump for Truck and Bus chassis lubrication and light to medium earthmoving equipment such as wheel loaders. Pump has three adjustable piston pump elements that supply grease to single line progressive metering valves. Can be ordered with or without controls. Grease output is 0.12 cc/stroke which at a motor output speed of 33/30 RPM delivers 4cc's per minute of NLGI grade '2' grease. Working pressure is 200 Bar with pressure relief set at 230 Bar.
