For dual line centralised grease systems
TD3 Dual Line grease dispensing valves are precision metering valves that are actuated by grease pressure from the main feed line. Maximum discharge volume is 3.00cc per stroke, adjustable by reducing the stroke of the valve piston. TD3 valves are modular in construction comprising inlet block, base block, end block and dispensing module. Unlike single line progressive valves TD3 dispensing modules that become blocked or damaged are easily removed and replaced without having to dis-assemble the valve or pipework vastly reducing maintenance time. Individual valves can be monitored by electric cycle switch installed in the indicator stemand wired back to machine controller or PLC.
Suitable for use with 15cST oil to NLGI grade 3 greases, maximum output pressure is 400 Bar (5800psi) and operates at up to 100 cycles per minute.
