RAASM 900 and 1200 Series High pressure, High Volume Oil and Grease Pumps.

Tecalemit have introduced the heavy duty RAASM 900 series and 1200 series oil and grease pumps to Australia with great results from early installations and product trials. The 1200 series 18:1 ratio 116F/181 has proven to be a highly reliable high volume low pressure grease transfer pump for filling bulk trucks, and centralised lube system pods on mobile plant at one of Queensland's newest coal mines, saving money on procurement, repairs and service time.

Hi volume (30LPM) 7:1 ratio 90C/71 oil pumps were installed in a Newcastle truck dealership's new workshop over nine month's ago and have proven to be reliable performers delivering high volumes to multiple service bays on demand. The higher pressure of the 7:1 pumps ensures flow is maintained in cold weather without increasing pipe size and installation costs or costly upgrades to pressure ratings on in-line metering and dispensing equipment.

NEW TEC4004WA - Compact 4 post wheel alignment hoist.

Tecalemit's new TEC4004WA is a compact four post wheel alignment hoist for small to medium sized workshops. With a little extra width between the columns compared to a the standard TEC4004, the new four poster offers plenty of room for working around wheels and for swing arms on wheel aligners that foul columns on some smaller hoists. Fitted with roomy fron turntable recesses and rear slip plates, the TEC4004WA can add revenue to small workshops which can't install a larger wheel alignment hoist due to space constraints. A unique new 'stepped' drive on ramp design helps get lowered vehicles safely onto the TEC4004WA without bottoming out.

Tecalemit Raises Standards on new 2 Post Screw Hoists.

In an article published in the January edition of Australian Workshop Manager -'Safety by Design'- Tecalemit Sales & Marketing Manager Greg Birse warns vehicle hoist owners that government authorities have not 'signed off on safety' by registering hoists for sale. 'Performance based' legislation in many states simply requires importers to make a declaration of conformity with quoted standards, without proof of testing or compliance with overseas or Australian standards. Recent hoist failures highlighted in the VACC 'techtalk' article "HowSafe Is Your Hoist" highlight that Australian Standards compliance and quality critical to safety cannot be taken for granted. NEW 2 post screw hoists.

Tecalemit has undertaken a major supply chain review on it's two post screw hoists, introducing two new models with updated control technology and paintwork. Ageing PLC technology used on the TEC3000XB has been replaced with a failsafe printed circuit board on it's successor, the TEC3100C. The TEC3000X has been replaced by the updated TEC3100 and both new models are now powder coated in Tecalemit's trademark golden yellow for an even tougher high visibility finish. The new TEC3100 series 2 post screw hoists remain true to Tecalemit's tried and tested screw design, with Tecalemit's faildafe interlock device to prevent accidents happening, and self lubricating roll formed lift screws with a smooth hard finish for years of reliable service.

Pump adaptor reduces pump replacement costs.

RAASM's 62048 air operated grease pump is a proven performer on centralised lube systems and an economical alternative to the Lincoln (model) fitted to certain mobile mining equipment. Tecalemit have designed an adaptor for the 62048 to fit it directly into the Lincoln bolt pattern with matching connector threads so now all you have to do drop the RAASM pump in place, saving money on expensive repairs, replacement and changeover costs.
