TPH3.180 - 180kg TPH3 Series Hydraulic Grease Pump Kit

Tecalemit’s range of hydraulic grease pump kits are designed and manufactured in-house. The hydraulic motor is ideal for high pressure automatic greasing systems and is installed to the collar, allowing for the entire setup to be simply mounted to any open top grease drum.

For use with 180kg drums, the pump can be powered by system hydraulics or by a custom Tecalemit power unit.

The hydraulic grease pump kits feature a steel nickel plated construction, quick release mounting, stainless follower with moulded drum wiper seal and can be supplied with an optional low level switch.

Technical Specifications.

• Maximum grease pressure: 5,000psi (345bar).

• Grease output: 150cc/minute.

• Greases: grade 0 - 2.

• Recommended oil flow: 6 litres per minute (500psi).

• Oil ports A and B: 1/4” BSPP Female.

• Grease outlet: 1/4” BSPT Male.

• Maximum oil temperature: 100°C.
