63095DAR.KG - 180kg Injector or Dual Line Grease Pump Kit

The high pressure air operated grease pump is designed for injector & dual line greasing systems in the mining industry.

To reduce the risk of contamination entering the grease drum and causing system failures the pump features the following:

Sealed pump collar: To seal the pump a mounting collar is tightened to the drum cover with a locking nut, while the pump tube is sealed with an O Ring. It also has a return port to enable the lubricant to return below the follower plate between the pump leg and follower plate.

Heavy duty drum cover: The drum cover is angled with a large lip to ensure water can not pool and flow down the outside of the drum with debris. For maximum durability the drum cover is manufactured from galvanised steel and powder coated to reduce the risk of corrosion.

Level switch: Set chain length to activate switch at required grease level.

Follower plate: Keeping the lubricant sealed from contaminant, the follower plate boss is sealed with an O ring. The perimeter has a nitrile seal which wipes and seals the drum as it travels down with the total amount of grease pumped out. The follower is stainless steel and installed with lifting handles to assist with drum change-out.

Recommend settings for auto greasing.

• Lubricant: Grade 0-2

• Max. Grease Pressure: 4500 psi

• Grease Free Flow: 800 cc/min

• Grease Flow @ 3,000psi: 330 cc/min
